Initiators

Mudra Sprava Patriarchal Foundation in cooperation with Ukrainians abroad and concerned benefactors from around the world to provide spiritual and psychological support for internally displaced persons living in shelters organized by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

Goal

Providing spiritual, psychological and rehabilitation support to IDPs who have been evacuated from dangerous regions of Ukraine and have found shelter in one of the shelters organized by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

Duration

May 2022 — present.

Objectives

1. To provide rehabilitation for people evacuated from the dangerous regions of our country.

2. To support internally displaced persons by organizing free pilgrimage trips to the regions of western Ukraine.

3. Create opportunities to discover the beauty and wealth of our native country.

4. Recruit a group of people interested in traveling.

5. Organize transportation in the time free from evacuation flights, in cooperation with the Patriarchal Pilgrimage Center of the UGCC.

6. Provide comfortable travel conditions, including meals and excursions.

We succeeded:

Organize 34 spiritual and rehabilitation trips to such prominent pilgrimage sites as the Marian Spiritual Center in Zarvanytsia, Goshiv Monastery on Yasna Hora, Krekhiv Monastery, Kolomyia Cathedral, churches in Zhovkva, Drohobych, Boryslav, Holy Dormition Univ Lavra, Zolochiv Castle, Nadvirna, Yaremche, and others.

Involve 1534 people in spiritual and rehabilitation trips and familiarize them with the beauty and wealth of our country.

Provide psychological and spiritual rehabilitation through the opportunity to communicate with psychologists and clergy.

Provide comfortable conditions for the participants of each trip, including free meals and sightseeing tours.

To give all participants of the trips unforgettable impressions and emotions that will stay with them for a long time.

IDPs who were evacuated from the dangerous regions of our country and found shelter in one of the shelters of the network organized by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.
