Action in Hope. Training program for communities

The Patriarchal Foundation Mudra Sprava, in view of the destruction of property, enterprises, business, and agricultural land pollution caused by Russia’s war against Ukraine, and the subsequent loss of jobs and earnings, and thus hope for the future, in many communities of Ukraine, launched an educational project — Action in Hope Community Training Program.

October — December 2023.

1. Develop a curriculum for an educational program for communities.

2. Involve experts and lectures who can not only share their knowledge and experience, but also inspire course participants to work actively and creatively.

3. Hold a competition and select communities willing to participate in the project.

4. Form a group of participants in the training program that would include representatives of business, government, church, and civil society.

5. Get acquainted with and analyse the main challenges that the community is currently facing.

6. In the context of the community’s challenges, offer a multi-day modular training for a pr group of people.

7. Assist each participant in creating their own project, offering to put into practice the knowledge gained during the course.

8. To accept the defence of the participants’ projects and award certificates for the course.

9. Provide further cooperation for mutual support and exchange of experience.
10. Create a network of active communities for interaction between them.

Develop and approve the curriculum of the educational program for communities.

Involve experts and lecturers in the curriculum who share not only their knowledge and experience, but also their inspiration and hope for a better future.

To meet and establish cooperation with the Zelenodolsk community in the Dnipro region.

To form a group of 30 participants — entrepreneurs, businessmen, community activists, and representatives of the Zelenodolsk community authorities.

To listen to the participants, their suggestions, and challenges, and then analyse opportunities for restoring and creating a value transformation.

To conduct 5 training modules between October and December 2023.

To guide each participant through the training from the idea of the project in their head to the creation of a detailed plan for its gradual implementation and launch.

To award certificates of completion of the Action in Hope Community Training Program to 30 participants from the Zelenodolsk community.

To introduce the Zelenodolsk community to the UGCC Counselling Center for further support and cooperation.

Entrepreneurs, businessmen, civic activists, opinion leaders, government and local government officials who are ready to actively contribute with their work and ideas to the restoration of Ukraine and Ukrainian society.
