Ukrainian youth from Sweden organized a fair in support of “Mudra Sprava”
August 29, 2024
The Ukrainian youth community, which operates under the pastorate of the Blessed Martyr Klymentiy Sheptytsky in the Swedish capital Stockholm, has financially supported the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava”.
To achieve this, on Sunday, August 25, Ukrainian youth held a fair to raise funds and support charitable projects organized by the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava”. At the fair, visitors were able to buy homemade pastries. In total, more than 70 thousand hryvnias were raised from the sale of baked goods. All the funds were immediately transferred to purchase food packages for the most vulnerable and affected by the Russian war against Ukraine.
The peculiarity of this food package project is that the aid is composed exclusively of products from Ukrainian producers. This, in turn, serves as an opportunity to support local businesses and further provide Ukrainians with jobs.
“We are grateful to everyone who joined this charitable cause! The next fair is coming soon,” the organizers of the charity initiative wrote on their website.
