Education is an integral part of the UGCC Consulting Centre’s work, as stated by its head, Maryna Danyliv.

UGCC Consulting Center held a meeting with diocesan coordinators of the “Mothers in Prayer” Movement

The Consulting Center is not only about project support and consulting but also about training. Center specialists not only organize lectures independently but also participate as experts in events of other initiatives.

On January 31, the UGCC Consulting Center team had the opportunity to participate in an event for the Patriarchal Commission of the UGCC for Family and Laity Affairs within the project “Strengthening lay ministry in parishes and promoting Christian values.” The event was attended by diocesan coordinators of the “Mothers in Prayer” movement and representatives of the Knights of Columbus fraternal community.

The topic of the lecture was “Financial Resilience. Grant Activity.” In particular, the participants of the event talked about the fact that careful planning, forecasting, and budget calculation are the key to successful project implementation. After all, donor funds are becoming less and less, and competition between initiatives is growing. Therefore, each project must be unique, well-planned, and well-prepared.

“We thank the organizers for the opportunity to share knowledge, and the participants for their activity and desire to develop social ministry! Together we build sustainable initiatives that change communities,” said Maryna Danyliv, head of the Consulting Center, summarizing another training event.
