This support was made possible through the cooperation of benefactors from Slovakia and the Mudra Sprava Patriarchal Foundation.

The parish expressed its sincere gratitude to Bishop Jonah Maxim, Archbishop and Metropolitan of Prešov of the Slovak Greek Catholic Church, and the Slovak benefactors for their solidarity and sacrificial assistance, which served as an important sign of mercy during the pre-Christmas period. Special thanks were extended to the Patriarchal Econome of the UGCC, Fr. Lyubomyr Yavorskyy, and the foundation’s coordinator, Fr. Oleh Panchynyak, for their constant service to others.

The parish community emphasized that the aid received was not only material support but also a testament to Christian love and unity. During these festive days, the faithful are praying for all benefactors, asking for God’s blessing and abundant grace upon them.

This initiative is part of the broader humanitarian activities of the Mudra Sprava Patriarchal Foundation. Since the beginning of the full-scale russian aggression, the Foundation has been actively working to support those affected, particularly through the procurement and distribution of food and hygiene kits, the establishment of “Points of Invincibility,” and the evacuation of people from frontline areas. The Foundation strives to help not only materially but also spiritually, upholding people’s dignity and hope during these challenging times.
