June 1, 2026
The Parish of the Holy Maccabean Martyrs in the Beryslav District of Kherson Oblast received another batch of humanitarian aid from the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava”. This time, 168 food packages were delivered, providing crucial support for people evacuating from frontline areas and turning to the parish for assistance.

The received food packages will be directed toward supporting residents who have been forced by the war to leave their homes and seek safe refuge. Part of the humanitarian aid will also be given to service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who continue to defend the state and its citizens from Russian aggression.
The parish emphasizes that during wartime, such support holds special significance. Every food package is not only material aid, but also a sign of solidarity and care for people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.
The parish community expressed sincere gratitude to the Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, for his constant attention to the needs of people affected by the war and his support of humanitarian initiatives.
Words of gratitude were also extended to Bishop Mykhailo Bubniy, Exarch of Odesa, for his blessing and support of the ministry; to Patriarchal Econome Father Lyubomyr Yavorskyy; and to Father Oleh Panchyniak for coordinating humanitarian aid and supporting charitable projects.
Special thanks were expressed to the company Nova Post, thanks to which humanitarian shipments are regularly delivered to the communities most affected by the consequences of the war.
The Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava” continues to support residents of frontline territories and internally displaced persons, providing humanitarian aid to those who need it most. Through the joint efforts of the Church, benefactors, volunteers, and socially responsible businesses, it is possible to support people during the most difficult moments of their lives and strengthen hope for a peaceful future.
