The facility was visited by the head of the center, Maryna Danyliv, and lawyer Yuliia Pichkur. During the meeting, the House of Mercy team presented the main areas of their activity, shared their daily challenges, and spoke about their experience working with beneficiaries.

The discussion centered not only on matters of ministry but also on the organizational aspects of their operations. Specifically, they addressed the need to streamline internal processes, reporting, and record-keeping in the face of a large number of beneficiaries, donors, benefactors, and partners.

“When there are many different interactions, working with reporting becomes a real challenge. That is why it is crucial to build simple and universal forms that save the team’s time and resources,” noted Maryna Danyliv.

The participants of the meeting paid special attention to matters of organizational structure: the division of responsibilities, the definition of key roles, and the development of the fundraising function as an important element of sustainable operations.

The House of Mercy emphasizes that such meetings open up new opportunities for development and strengthening partnerships. In turn, the Consultation Center underscores that this is only the beginning of systematic work aimed at supporting organizations that serve people every day.
