Pidhorodne Community Enhances Management Skills: The Fourth Mini MBA Module Concludes

This module, organized by the Mudra Sprava Patriarchal Foundation took place from June 6 to 8, 2025, offering participants valuable knowledge and practical tools to develop their organizations and enterprises.

The training was rich and diverse. The first day was dedicated to the fundamentals of financial management. Speaker Oleh Yatsenko shared important aspects of budgeting and provided advice on ensuring stable financial inflows. This knowledge is crucial for effective resource management in any field.

The second day of the module focused on marketing strategies. Lecturer Yuliya Maruniak taught participants how to properly present their product or service to meet customer needs and attract their attention. Understanding the basics of marketing is critically important for successful promotion in the modern market.

The final day of the training was dedicated to the art of negotiation. Andriy Rozhdestvenskyi gave a lecture during which participants could improve their skills in conducting effective dialogues, which is indispensable in business, management, and public activities.

The fourth module of the “Dіya v Nadii” Mini MBA program has become another step in the development of the Pidhorodne community, providing its active members with the necessary tools for growth and strengthening the local economy and civil society.
