Partnership in Action: UGCC Consulting Center Holds Working Meeting in Lutsk Exarchate

“We have been cooperating with the Exarchate in various areas for a long time, but this time the trip had a different goal—to immerse ourselves more deeply in the life of the parishes, talk with active priests, and better understand their needs, challenges, and potential for development,” said Maryna Danyliv, head of the Consulting Center.

According to her, getting to know the available local resources was especially valuable. “Seeing the assets with our own eyes provides a completely different level of understanding, which allows us to formulate realistic projects that consider local capabilities and context,” she emphasized.

One of the important projects they reviewed was the future rehabilitation and retreat center, which is currently under construction. “This is an initiative with great promise, and we are convinced that it has the potential to become a point of support for the entire region,” Maryna Danyliv noted.

The Consulting Center works not only with individual requests (financial, legal, organizational, or other) but also strategically—it supports parishes and church structures in finding solutions, developing ideas, preparing grant applications, and launching entrepreneurial initiatives.
