“Mudra Sprava” continues to support the residents of southern Ukraine with hygiene kits

Thanks to the ongoing support of benefactors from all over the world, the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava” continues to implement a project to create and provide hygiene kits to Ukrainians affected by the Russian war.

The next delivery of humanitarian aid from the Foundation was sent to the parish centres of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in the South of Ukraine, in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

On September 8, 2024, after the Divine Liturgy in honor of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, the faithful of the Mykolaiv Parish of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos and the Holy Trinity Parish in Shevchenkove village received hygiene kits from the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava”.

This is not the first time the Foundation has cooperated with the community, regularly providing necessary items and resources to help parishioners cope with everyday challenges.

“We sincerely thank the Patriarchal Foundation ‘Wise Cause’, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, Fr Lyubomyr Yavorskyy, Fr Serhiy Tryfyak and all the benefactors for their continued support of our community. We appreciate your care and concern. May the Lord bless you!” assured the volunteers of the parish community of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Mykolaiv.

Hygiene kits were also distributed to residents of the Kherson region:

The Parish of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Zelenivka, Kherson region.
St. Nicholas Parish in Soniachne village, Kherson region.
The Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Fedorivka, Kherson region.
Parish of St. Michael the Archangel, Kherson region.

“May the Lord bless our benefactors, who show mercy to their neighbors with their care,” said the volunteers of the parish community of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Zelenivka.

According to the Foundation, the organization and delivery of hygiene kits is not only an act of charity, but also a sign of closeness and support, as well as faith in our common victory, which we strive for and bring closer through concrete steps of service.

It should be added that the hygiene kits were prepared and delivered with the assistance of the L’Oeuvre Orient charitable organization.
