On June 26–27, the final stage of the educational program mini-MBA “Action in Hope” took place in the safe space “Pechera” in Kryvyi Rih — the presentation and defense of projects by participants who, over five educational modules, acquired knowledge and practical skills to implement socially significant initiatives.

In Kryvyi Rih, Participants of the Mini-MBA Program “Action in Hope” Presented Community Development Projects

The program, implemented by the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava”, was successfully completed by 27 representatives of local government bodies, entrepreneurs, business representatives, the civic sector, and active community leaders.

During the defense, participants presented their projects designed to address current regional challenges and foster its development. The initiatives presented included educational platforms for veterans, child and family support centers, psycho-emotional recovery spaces, entrepreneurial startups, manufacturing and social projects, cultural initiatives, educational programs for teenagers, and the development of veteran entrepreneurship, parish infrastructure, family businesses, and community spaces. A significant portion of the projects was focused on supporting veterans, military families, children, and youth, as well as developing small business and local communities.

In particular, participants presented projects to create an educational platform for the veteran community “Titans UA”, a communications agency, an independent professional qualification assessment center for welders, the community space “Place of Power”, an adult development center focusing on English language and coaching “Mind Sea”, a veteran development program “New Horizons”, an art project “Chords of Resilience”, leadership programs for teenagers, the suburban recovery complex “Your Own Place”, a natural bread bakery, the life skills school “STEM&LIFE”, and many other initiatives.

The project defense marked the culmination of several months of study, during which participants mastered modern approaches to leadership, strategic and project management, financial planning, marketing, communications, negotiation, team management, and business development. As a result, each participant was able to not only shape their idea but also prepare it for practical implementation.

At the conclusion, all program participants received certificates confirming their acquired knowledge and skills, along with commemorative calendars.

It is worth adding that the mini-MBA program “Action in Hope” is designed to foster responsible leadership, develop entrepreneurial culture, and create effective social and business initiatives that help Ukrainian communities grow stronger even amidst war.
