The training was attended by entrepreneurs, business owners, public figures, and representatives of local government bodies. The program is organized by the “Mudra Sprava” Patriarchal Foundation.

During the lecture, the audience became acquainted with the key principles of modern HR management. In particular, it was emphasized that business efficiency largely depends on the quality of personnel management, as human resources are the foundation of a company’s development. Participants reviewed the evolution of the HR function — from administrative support to a strategic role in business — and studied the concept of competencies as a combination of an employee’s knowledge, skills, and behaviour.

Special attention was paid to building a personnel management system that covers all stages of working with an employee: from recruitment and hiring to development and dismissal. The lecturer also presented key factors for effective hiring, including productivity, motivation, personal qualities, and professional knowledge of the candidate.

As part of the session, participants completed practical tasks, working in teams to develop HR strategies for fictional businesses, perform job analyses, and conduct interviews. Significant attention was paid to the topic of employee engagement, which, according to research, directly affects the productivity and profitability of companies.

The training served as an important platform for exchanging experience and acquiring practical team management skills in the face of modern challenges.
