In Irpin, on the eve of the bright feast of the Resurrection of Christ, April 7, residents of the “Lastivka” modular town received festive assistance — Easter breads (Paskas), which became a symbol of support and unity in wartime conditions.

The initiative was implemented with the support of the “Mudra Sprava” Patriarchal Foundation, which systematically helps Ukrainians affected by the war. The delivery of the craft Easter breads took place on the eve of the Resurrection of Christ and served as a sign of care for people who have lost their homes or are facing difficult life circumstances.

Clergy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church joined in organizing the assistance, particularly representatives of the UGCC Parish Community of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in Irpin, Fr. Myroslav Latynnyk and Fr. Vitaliy Voyetsa. Together with volunteers, they ensured the delivery of the aid to the residents of the town.

As noted by the organizers, this campaign was a continuation of systematic support: throughout the winter period, the residents of “Lastivka” regularly received hot meals. Such initiatives are designed not only to meet basic needs but also to offer moral support — reminding people of solidarity and care even in the most difficult times.

According to the participants, Easter assistance is not only about traditions but also about humanity, mutual support, and being present for those who need it most.
