June 1, 2026
On May 30, 2026, the “Pechera” space in Kryvyi Rih hosted the fourth module of the “Action in Hope” educational and awareness-raising program, implemented by the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava”. On the first day of training, participants deepened their knowledge in project management under the guidance of lecturer Svitlana Buhai.

As previously selected, 30 people took part in the training. Among them were civic activists, opinion leaders, local government representatives, business owners, and entrepreneurs. All of them strive to strengthen their management competencies and implement effective projects in their communities.
The topic of the session was “Project Management: From Idea to Implementation.” During the module, participants examined the core functions of management, including planning, organization, execution, control, and communication. Special attention was paid to delegation of authority, effective feedback, team motivation, and leadership skills development.

Participants also learned about Bruce Tuckman’s stages of group development, studying mechanisms for building effective teams, management specifics at various stages of team interaction, and principles of fostering a healthy organizational culture.
The practical nature of the session allowed attendees not only to master the theoretical foundations of project management, but also to gain tools for turning their own ideas into successful projects. The training marked another step toward forming a community of responsible leaders capable of acting effectively for the development of their communities and society as a whole.
The “Action in Hope” program continues to bring active individuals together around the ideas of development, leadership, and service, creating a space for learning, experience sharing, and the implementation of socially important initiatives.
