On June 1, 2026, the third day of the fourth module of the mini-MBA educational program “Action in Hope,” implemented by the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava,” took place at the “Pechera” space in Kryvyi Rih.

The training brought together 30 representatives of the civil sector, business, local authorities, and active community leaders who continue to deepen their knowledge and skills to effectively serve society.
On this day, participants worked on the topic of operations management—one of the key areas of managerial activity that ensures the effective functioning of organizations, teams, and projects. The sessions covered the principles of workflow organization, resource management, operational planning, and building systems that help achieve set goals efficiently and effectively.
A highlight of the day was the visit of Maksym Riabukha, the Exarch of Donetsk of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. During the meeting, the Bishop spoke with the program participants and shared his vision regarding the Church’s role in modern society.
In his address, he emphasized that the Church strives to be an active participant in civic and social life, an integral part of the community that shares its joys, challenges, and hopes. According to the Bishop, the Church’s mission is not only to provide spiritual guidance but also to jointly seek paths for societal development alongside those who are open to truth, beauty, and goodness.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, share their thoughts, and discuss the challenges currently facing Ukrainian communities. This meeting proved to be a valuable addition to the educational program, as it allowed participants to integrate managerial knowledge with a deeper understanding of responsibility for the public good and the development of human potential.
The “Action in Hope” program continues to create a space for nurturing responsible leaders committed to acting professionally, managing change effectively, and serving their communities based on principles of dignity, solidarity, and the common good.
