On April 9, 2025, the first stage of the “Action in Hope” mini-MBA educational and outreach program concluded in Kropyvnytskyi.

“Action in Hope” educational project concludes in Kropyvnytskyi: participants share experiences

The event, organized by the team of the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava,” featured project defences and certificate presentations for twenty representatives of the local community, including public figures, activists, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and government officials. We’re sharing sincere and inspiring testimonials from the program’s participants.

Tetiana Shkil, representative of the Charitable Foundation “Angels of Aid”:

“Today, I want to share these particular photos with hugs. There are many photos. There will be posts and other photos… And the continuation of the training. But these specific photos warm my heart and, most importantly, my soul. And you know, I won’t just post them here; I’ll print them too.

Everything in this life is not accidental. I know this, and I am convinced of it again and again. Father Lyubomyr and Svitlana are incredible people. I knew this from the “Healing Communities” project, but the new project from the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava” — the mini-MBA “Action in Hope” — became the ray of light we so desperately needed in these difficult times.

And it’s not just a training program. It’s much more…

It’s about people who embrace our souls with words, faith, and sincere hearts. It’s about people who genuinely share their knowledge and open new opportunities for us. It’s about people who “make” us ACT, even when we think we can’t. It’s about people who give us HOPE when it seems none is left. And most importantly, it’s about the people who BELIEVE IN US even when we doubt ourselves.”

Nataliia Liahul, representative of the public organization “Mercy of Malovyskivshchyna”:

“How quickly these months of training have flown by. It feels like just yesterday we gathered, and today we’re already at the doorstep of project defense and graduation. It’s real magic! Words cannot express how grateful I am for these moments — for every piece of advice, every smile, and every bit of support. Our incredible mentors are people who inspired us with their energy and warmth. You are our superheroes! This is just the beginning of a new stage. Let’s keep creating!”

Iryna Svitenko, project participant:

“I sincerely thank the team of the ‘Action in Hope’ mini-MBA educational and outreach program for the unique opportunity to become part of this educational space, filled with knowledge, inspiration, and incredible people!

The program provided me with valuable knowledge and skills in areas such as ethical business, marketing, personal effectiveness, communications, financial, and project management. The practical experience — defending my own project — was particularly valuable, allowing me to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The project defense became a cool challenge and a stimulus to action.

Thank you to the instructors, mentors, organizers, and all participants for their support, exchange of experience, and friendly atmosphere. I believe that this knowledge will form the basis for real changes in my community and for my personal development.

I know this is just the beginning of a great journey! We act with hope!”

Vita Levchenko, project participant:

“I’m sincerely grateful to the organizers of the mini-MBA ‘Action in Hope’ for the incredible opportunity to become part of the team! Amazing emotions, interesting and meaningful training, and wise instructors inspired all of us.

The project defense was an exciting and important stage of the training. Of course, there’s still a lot of work ahead, but my faith in my idea is only getting stronger. This project opens up incredible opportunities for us, and for me personally, it’s a chance to make the world a little better. Thank you to everyone involved for their support and inspiration! Thank you to the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava” for these excellent initiatives.”

Natalia Mokriak, project participant:

“Good evening, community! I’ll write here what I couldn’t say in the hall. I’m a very easily moved person, and I didn’t want to spoil our uplifted mood with my memories. I am not a believer, although I am and go to church on Easter. But as they say: when there’s trouble, you turn to God. There was a period in my life when I didn’t know where to go or whom to ask for help. My mind knew that no one among people could help. But I really wanted support and for someone to assure me that everything would be okay. And such people were found, among them Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk and the entire UGCC. At that time, I didn’t need money or any other material goods. I needed a word of support. And I received it. And these two months that I was with you, they uplifted and inspired me. Thank you, holy fathers, thank you, UGCC, thank you, our teachers. May God protect us all, and most of all, our Ukraine.”

We remind you that the “Action in Hope” mini-MBA educational and outreach project continues. Very soon, representatives of the Pidhorodne community from the Dnipropetrovsk region and the Poltava community will become its participants.
