April 25, 2026
On April 25, 2026, the opening of the educational program Mini MBA “Action in Hope,” implemented by the “Mudra Sprava” Patriarchal Foundation, took place in Kryvyi Rih.

The program is attended by 30 community representatives — entrepreneurs, business owners, public figures, and representatives of local government bodies. During the first meeting, led by trainer Svitlana Buhai, the participants became acquainted with the structure and key stages of the training.
The program provides a comprehensive approach to the development of managerial and entrepreneurial skills and will last for four months. It consists of three main stages: the educational block, the defense of personal projects, and the subsequent guidance of participants by experts. During the educational phase, the audience will undergo five modules covering topics from personal effectiveness and business modelling to finance, marketing, communications, and leadership.
Special attention during the kick-off meeting was paid to the topic of personal effectiveness. Participants worked on understanding their own resources, time management, and goal setting. In particular, they examined the balance model of life spheres (family, work, finance, health, etc.), time management tools, and the principles of goal setting using the SMART methodology.

The participants also got acquainted with practical approaches to organizing work, including the Eisenhower matrix, the Gantt chart, and popular productivity enhancement techniques, such as the “pomodoro technique,” the “frog method,” and the “elephant method.”
Throughout the program, teams will work on creating their own business projects aimed at the development, recovery, or expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises in their communities. Upon completion of the training, participants will present and defend these projects before experts.
It is worth noting that the Mini MBA “Action in Hope” program is designed to foster an active environment of responsible leaders who are capable of responding effectively to the challenges of the times and developing their communities.
