Mudra Sprava is the so-called new breath of Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky’s work, his pastoral message “How to Build a Native House”; it is the embodiment of Sheptytsky’s socio-economic doctrine in the new conditions; it is the continuity of history and teachings of the UGCC from Metropolitan Andrey to His Beatitude Sviatoslav.
